Relevant Thoughts on Innovation-oriented College Aerobics Teaching Mode

With continuous deepening of reform of higher education, there are also some changes in the college physical education mode from previously theoretical teaching mode to current practice-oriented teaching mode. After the reform, some achievements are also obtained in college aerobics teaching; however, there still exist big problems in the college aerobics teaching. Because the college students are old enough to have autonomous selection, some students prefer to spend more time in extracurricular activities and they are often absent from aerobics course; the students' insufficient initiative and enthusiasm to learning results in decrease of classroom teaching quality. This paper mainly carries out analysis on advantages of aerobics and proposes several reasonable suggestions for innovating aerobics teaching mode.
