Thoughts on application of Multimedia technology to the teaching practice of aerobics in general college

This article was written mainly under the combination of literature searching and my practical experience of applying multimedia teaching methods to aerobics teaching. It elaborates the significance of apply multimedia technology to college aerobics teaching, which are performing as follows: multimedia technology contributes to the improvement of aerobics teaching methods, as well as the teaching system. It equips students with technical aerobics movements and improves their overall skills. It also optimizes the teaching process, stimulates enthusiasm in learning among students, etc. This article also gives some suggestion on the application of multimedia technology in college aerobics teaching, aiming to increase the efficiency of aerobics teaching by scientifically and rationally using multimedia technology.
