摘要：
This article attempts to research on financing combination of real estate enterprises in China, both has the enlightenment to the real estate enterprise financing theory development, and can instruct the real estate enterprise to rest on the science in the financing practice the theory and the method, determined the best financing plan, the formulation most superior financing decision-making, enhances the financing efficiency and the enterprise economic efficiency. It puts forward the most superior financing combination plan for different scale real estate enterprises in China.
