摘要：
In China, the financing methods for property firms are lack of diversity and two of them are always adopted: equity financing and debt financing. However, this time global financial crisis has had great impact on these two financing methods; hence more financing methods should be developed and employed for the purpose of real estate development and restraining the volatility of housing price with increasing supply. This paper is going to focus on two newly emerged fund financing methods and give suggestions.
