Real estate trust is a newly developing financial instrument. It can widen the financial channels for real estate enterprises and the financial product category for investors, and also can improve the investment and financing system of the real estate trade in our country. Under the description of the background of the real estate trust's development, the essay makes a thorough and deep analysis of the system advantage, existing problems and development trend of the real estate trust.
