摘要
An analytical thermal modeling of nanowire structures with self-heating effect is established in this paper. It concerts the heat conduction in three key parts, including the nanowire, the underlying substrate and the contacts. The thermal distribution evaluated by the proposed model has a good agreement with the results of finite element methods.
