摘要：
This paper investigates links between entrepreneurial orientation, resource acquisition and venture performance in small and medium sized firms. The central argument is that entrepreneurs are more likely to acquire resource needed to develop market opportunities, then enhancing firm performance. In testing this proposition, a questionnaire was developed and used in a survey of SMEs. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation is related to resource acquisition, which, in turn, has a positive effect on firm performance.
