摘要：

Nowadays, engineering education tends to be diversified and people-oriented, which has provided great opportunities for the development of female engineering talents. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of the training mode for female engineering talents in Chinese HEIs (higher education institutions,HEIs), the essay puts forward to establish a multi-level, multi-type and multi-channel training mode for female engineering talents, involving government, enterprise, college and scientific research institution and protected by laws and regulations. At the same time, the essay also brings forward to build a high-level female education force that has both full-time engineers and part-time engineers, found professional associations for female engineers and construct on-line guiding platforms, in order to ensure that female can fully participate in engineering education and achieve considerable development in the profession and thus promoting the development of society and economy.
