摘要：

To adapt new trend of popular higher education and meet practical requirements of social development on application-oriented talents, the paper analyzed the necessary of civil engineering construction course teaching reform. Five aspects of teaching target, teaching approach, teaching methods, examination content and form should be reformed to cultivate application-oriented talents.
