摘要：
The financial management in enterprise management is very important. This paper analysed the financing theory and enterprise financing structure in our country, specifically for small and medium-sized enterprise debt financing ways. Combined with the role of debt financing in small and medium-sized enterprise financial management, countermeasures are suggested.
