Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are confronted with a number of difficulties in financing. This paper begins with the function and status quo of SMEs, points out their main problems in financing. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the reasons, it puts forward the countermeasures of SMEs' financing.
