The model building of organizational learning effect and empirical study in Chinese context

摘要
After analyzing the study of evaluation about organizational learning and structure entropy theory, the index and evaluation model of organizational learning effects are built based on the improved entropy vector projection, then some cases are studied. The result illustrates that organizational learning effects and main factors can be judged well according to the values of entropy vector projection and its characteristic value.
