摘要
By using structural equation model (SEM) method and through the empirical study of Zhejiang high-tech enterprise, this paper clearly and completely outlines the relationship between organizational learning, knowledge acquisition, organizational innovation and organizational performance. Empirical study results show that the high-tech enterprise organizational learning does not have direct effect on organizational performance, but has indirect positive effect on organizational performance through knowledge acquisition and the improvement of organization innovation capability.
