摘要：
The development of SMEs is very important, this paper analyses the interior and exterior reasons of this problem from three aspects: indirect financing, direct financing and enterprises themselves. It will be better to build a new financing supporting system for the development of SMEs through the joint efforts of government, bank and enterprises.
