摘要：
As a new financing mode, credit union loan has a comparatively perfect organization structure and risk-control mechanism. It is a new way to solve problems of financing for small and medium-sized private enterprise in China. Based on the characteristics of credit union loan, the authors study problems from the perspective of the game theory, and put forward some policy recommendations, which can be used to solve problems associated with financing for small and medium-sized private enterprises.
