Research on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Credit Financing in China

Since the reform and opening up, our country's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly, becoming the most vital growth point in national economy and the important part in socialist market economy of China. However, for quiet a long period of time, because of various reasons, the financial support received by the small and medium-sized enterprises doesn't match their contribution. Financing has become the common problem limiting their development. Based on analyzing the basic theory of small and medium-sized enterprises, this article makes analysis on the situation and reasons causing their financing difficulty, and proposes solutions matching the national condition to solve their problem.
