摘要
This paper introduces a novel design for implementing a fractional-order /AD"' DC motor controller, where only one active element is required. This element is a second generation current conveyor, capable of working in a low -voltage environment. The main advantage, the proposed implementation offers compared to the corresponding schemes in the literature, is a simple structure of low circuit complexity and reduced number of transistor count. The performance of the controller is evaluated using the Cadence software and MOS transistor models provided by the Austria Mikro Systeme 0.35pin CMOS process.
