Analysis on Optimization for Reverse Logistics of Online Shopping Based on the Background of Sales Return

摘要
With the rapid development of online shopping, reverse logistics based on the background of sales return is becoming more and more important. The paper first gives the brief introduction of reverse logistics, and then it dissects the causes of reverse logistics from the aspects of commodity defects, service defects and desire changing. The author analyzes the existing problems from the viewpoint of restoring former appearance, logistics costs, logistics modes and damage risk. The paper focuses on five development strategies of reverse logistics: quality promotion, rules notification, logistics cooperation, strengthening supervision and return insurance. At last, the paper analyzes the feasibility of reverse logistics insurance of online shopping.
