Research on Consumer Satisfaction of Online Shopping Fruits Based on Self-collection: from a Logistics Perspective

摘要
At present, how to seize the consumer psychology, improve consumer satisfaction, for E-commerce suppliers to expand the scale, stable development is essential. Based on the domestic scholars' research on the CCSI consumer satisfaction model, this paper puts forward the difference of the factors that influence the consumer satisfaction in the fresh self-collection mode. Through empirical analysis, this paper concludes that there is no significant positive effect on corporate satisfaction for consumer satisfaction, however, quality perception and perceived value have a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction.
