On relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organization performance

摘要
In this article, we conducted an empirical study to explore relationship on the effects of justice during performance management and the OCB in china. Employees of enterprises in south china were assessed by Chinese OCB scale and justice of performance management scale. The results showed that justice during performance management was positively related to OCB of employees. Organizational commitment mediated between justice during performance management and OCB of employees.
