The Relationship between Enterprise Employees' Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

摘要
One hundred seventy-seven (177) employees from small and medium businesses and 83 from large-sized enterprises were selected as subjects, investigating employees' organizational justice, the status of OCB, and the relationships between them. The results showed: (1) In the aspect of organizational justice, differences existed in demographic variables such as gender, types of enterprise, tenure, position, and etc; (2) Significant correlation existed in organizational justice and OCB, and interactional justice had the most dramatic functions in predicting OCB; (3) The predicting functions of various factors of organizational justice to OCB bore a significant distinction between large-sized enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. In large-sized enterprises, interactional justice had a significant function in predicting OCB; while in small and medium-sized enterprises, interactional justice and distributive justice have a significant function in predicting OCB.
