摘要
Long-term prognosis and predictors of event-free survival were studied in 56 consecutive patients with instent restenosis successfully treated with balloon angioplasty. Most patients sustained prolonged clinical benefit, but during follow-up, those with diabetes or with a short time interval (<4 months) from stenting to repeat angioplasty experienced adverse cardiac events more often.
