摘要
Classical decision making theories are based on rational man hypothesis. Behavioral decision making (BDM) researchers observed some behaviors that deviate from rationality and revealed us some biases and weaknesses in human being's decision making processes. Traditional computer-based decision support system (DSS) and executive information system (EIS) have largely ignored those cognitive aspects. By integrating normative decision making theories and BDM theories, this paper focuses on knowledge and cognitive aspects in decision making, and puts forward a framework of knowledge intervention approach to decision making to reduce behavioral biases.
