摘要
Knowledge management is now considered as a key business element for gaining sustained competitive advantage. In the age of MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) & free unlocked public sources of information like Wikipedia, the availability of information has increased multifold. However the effectiveness of decision making with such information availability has not shown similar proposition of growth. While the importance of knowledge management has been realized, it is found from the research that there is lot of gap in its implementation, leverage and in making it part of organizations process. This research paper focuses on how a value based strategic knowledge management framework is built to solve this problem. The unique strategic knowledge framework shown here is adaptive to business environment changes, embedded in business processes and enable effective decision making thereby reaping maximum benefits to gain & sustain competitive advantage.
