摘要
The realization of the cooperative destination of supply chain, which is the base of the inter-organization, relies heavily on the collaborative decision among partners of supply chain. A satisfied inter-organization decision is influenced by many factors. Much emphasis has been attached on organizing principle, cooperating procedure, etc. But how to make a decision quantitatively on inter-organizational investment and return such as cooperative investment of assets, distribution of benefit resulted from cooperation, cooperative reduction of operation cost, is still a great challenge to practitioners. For this goal a decision framework is explored in the paper. The group decision framework comprises two stages respectively of internal decision-making of related partners and inter-organization evaluation among partners. Then a quantify model and a Simulation are designed and carried out to illustrate the group decision-making framework.
