摘要：
The title compound, C25H40N2O5, was synthesized in 55.9% yield by condensation of N-methyl-L-leucine benzyl ester toluene sulfonic acid with tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-leucine at 273 K and its crystal structure determined. The dipeptide derivative conjugates through the amide linkage and includes two protecting groups, a tert-butyloxycarbonyl group at the C-tip and a benzyl group at the N-tip.
