摘要：

E-commerce is a new mode of business in information society and trust risk in e-commerce has become a major obstacle hindering its sustained development, the formation of which is affected by various factors, and the mechanism of it is rather complicated. This paper analyzes the nonlinear, time-changing, multi-loop, insensitive and anti-intuitive characteristics of system dynamics. And on the basis of this, constitute the general and control model of the formation of trust risk in e-commerce, revealing the system dynamic mechanism of the formation of trust risk in e-commerce.
