摘要
To aim at the problem of customer confidence for e-commerce transactions, a model and method of evaluating trust degree is presented. It builds index system of trust degree evaluation, and describes the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the case analysis and the results show that the proposed trust evaluation model can be applied to C to C e-commerce customer confidence assessment, and can provide scientific and objective evaluation results.
