摘要：
This paper presents the fuzzy priority heuristic with a parallel scheduling scheme for solving resource-constrained problems under the uncertainty of activity times. A fuzzy ordering procedure is proposed to create priority lists for the scheduling scheme, A numeric example is given to examine the effectiveness of the approach.
