摘要
Functional fluorenones: Aromatic aldoxime ethers react with unactivated arenes catalyzed by palladium complexes to give biologically active fluoren-9-ones (see scheme). Multiple C-H bond activation and an oxidative cyclization are involved in the reaction. © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
