摘要
The paper continues data analysis form an exploratory study of employee satisfaction in a small service company. Employee turnover is the trigger for this initiative, thus changing the perspective of top management team on the employee perception of the business. Factor analysis revealed eleven factors that explain over 80% of the total variance.
