Research on Managerial Pattern of Policy Network in Community Non-Profit Organizations

Community non-profit organization (NPO) is irreplaceable to the local government in contacting social member, understanding social condition, solving social conflicts and providing services. It changed the vertical governing relationship between local government and common society to negotiable interactive or contract relationship. Through analysis on 3 common types of policy network managing NPO, this paper tried to explore an efficient way, suitable for the policy network of Chinese local government, to manage community non-profit organization, and finally improve local public service and quality of public policy.
