摘要：
DNase I hypersensitive site mapping of the human cholinergic gene locus has been used to detect cholinergic specific potential regulatory sites. Analysis of mutant PC12 cell lines provides evidence that protein kinase A II is required and coordinately regulates basal expression of both the ChAT and VAChT genes. ((C) Elsevier, Paris).
