摘要：
In the big data era, the information literacy of enterprise employees has decided the informationization of enterprises to a great extent. At present, the information literacy of enterprise employees in our country is generally low, so the cultivation of information literacy is very important. Enterprises need to take various feasible measures to improve the information literacy of enterprise employees and speed up the process of enterprise informatization, so that the core competitiveness of enterprises can be greatly improved.
