摘要
Microtubules driven by dynein protein motors may form self-organized circular patterns, understanding which could be of importance to the development of potential nano-bio-machines. It was expected that the microtubule bias and joining could play crucial roles in self-organized movement of microtubules. A Monte Carlo modeling study was conducted to confirm and evaluate contributions of these two parameters to self-organization of microtubules.
