Research on Sustainable Land Utilization of Resources-Dependent Cities in Heilongjiang Province

Resources-dependent is a quite typical development feature in Heilongjiang province. By studying the index of employees number in resource industry and resource industrial output value, this paper defined and classified 6 typical resources-dependent cities in Heilongjiang province. All of these resources-dependent cities are faced with varying degrees of difficulties for sustainable development. Then this paper analyzes the main problems of land using in these cities which will affect the sustainable development of these resources-dependent cities. Finally, this paper puts forward advices with the view of policy supporting and suggests that government should supply and optimize land using schedule for the sustainable development.
