摘要：
The development and utilization of archives information resources in Colleges and universities is an important part of the development of higher education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of the archives information resources, according to the characteristics of non-replaceable archives information resources, puts forward to strengthen the management consciousness of archives information resources and rationally develop and utilize effectively, and make it become a permanent resource for sustainable utilization.
