Research on the influence mechanism of real estate bubbles dynamic evolution

In recent years, China real estate industry is in the booming development while of the existence of high prices and high vacancy rate. People are worrying about the real estate bubble. This paper is started on the basis of extensive literature review. Based on the connotation of the real estate bubble, this paper analysis of the real estate bubble burst hazards, expounds general rules of real estate revolution, explores the internal and external evolution mechanism of the real estate bubble, constructs a dynamic model of the evolution of the real estate bubble, and then points out that real estate bubble revolution has synergistic effect and needs comprehensive role of closely linked mechanisms. Finally that the real estate bubble economy is controllable by a variety of mechanisms and tools portfolio is proposed so that real estate market plays a role of economy warning.
