摘要
Certain thiazole-containing water-soluble glycosylated polyamides were synthesized and preliminary anti-cancer evaluation carried out by NCl against three types of cancer-cells. Glycosyl moieties were introduced onto the polyamide backbone in order to increase the water-solubility of the longer polymers. This necessitated the development of novel synthetic methods.
