摘要
Organizational management can been seen as a multi-input-multi-output feedback control system while the organizational human resources management is one of the sub-system of the said feedback control system. The purpose of this Article is to, upon having constructed the organizational human resources management feedback control sub-system model, adopt the systematic thinking theory and systematic archetype tool proposed by Peter M.Senge. in THE FIFTH DISCIPINE-The Art & Practice of The Learning Organization to analyze and expound organizational human resources management.
