摘要
A numerical and experimental study has been carried out for a rotary, periodic flow energy recovery ventilator containing a porous media matrix. The governing differential equations for heat transfer have been solved using an upwind integral-based method. The influence of the matrix material characteristics on the effectiveness and performance of the energy recovery ventilator is analyzed. It is shown that the numerical and analytical results compare well with experimental data.
