摘要
Deployment in the process of education of a practical profile is primarily a response to demand from the economy and the labor market. The extended cycle of student internships enables students to get to know their students better. Direct contact of employers during their teaching may result in a better understanding of the relevance of assessing the professional potential of future employees. According to employers, a Polish graduate is not well prepared to start work. For the procurator, professional experience is important, and only valuable work experience can be obtained at work in the company. The paper presents the results of a study carried out at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz in two stages. In the first stage, the graduate's profile was assessed in the opinion of employers. In the second stage, the pilot study evaluated the professional practice in the students' opinion. For this purpose, a new research tool was used which was previously consulted among employees, students and employers. Among the most important skills of a student, practical skills were emphasized, but not only during study, but also during work in the company, and earlier during various types of internships and apprenticeships. The future employee should have interdisciplinary knowledge, which is not limited to the field in which the employee performs the work. Employers emphasized important personality traits such as openness, conscientiousness, honesty, willingness to cooperate, analytical thinking ability and creativity and assertiveness. According to the respondents, education should be more general, but skills should be acquired through case studies in various aspects. It is necessary to introduce more design, laboratory, workshop and exercise activities, which can increase the level of skills acquired by future employees in the performance of standard tasks. Often highly sought after in the labor market are graduates of part-time studies, due to their practical work experience.
