摘要
This paper attempts to social network as the antecedent variables, organizational innovation ability as an intermediary variable, organizational performance as outcome variables for empirical research. Research shows that social network has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation ability, and social network has a significant positive impact on organizational performance, and social network can affect organizational performance through the mediating effect of organizational innovation ability.
