Research on the Influence of Organizational Internal Social Network Structure on Organizational Learning Capability

摘要
Facing to the fierce competition environment, Organizational learning ability is considered being an important means of obtaining core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage. This paper mainly discussed how internal social network structure impacted on the organizational learning ability from the overall network analysis view. From three aspects as advice network and friendship network density, degree centrality and betweenness centrality, we found that the advisory network density and friendship network density, advisory network betweeness centrality and friendship network betweeness had positive correlation on organizational learning capability. The advisory network degree centrality and friendship network degree centrality had negative correlation on organizational learning capability. The research can help organizations to optimize their internal social networks to improve their study capability.
