摘要：
In this paper, we have highlighted some pitfalls in applying H-infinity design to generalize Internal Model Control when the plant involved is unstable. We have found the sources of the difficulties and suggested a procedure to overcome these problems. Our examples demonstrated the effectiveness of this procedure and verified that our conjecture is correct.
