摘要
The improvement of the teaching quality is the primary task for the sound development of higher education. The fundamental objective of teaching management in tertiary education is to develop a scientific and comprehensive supervision system for the teaching quality and how to improve it effectively. This paper, based on the questionnaire on the influence factors and measures of the instruction quality, generalizes the basic principles of establishing the supervision system for the instruction quality with detailed analysis, and finally presents the suggestion of constructing a new supervision system for the classroom instruction quality by combining "supervision" and "guidance".
