摘要：

The common evaluation method and its limitation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation performance are described in this paper. With the increasing demand for ERP applications, effective evaluation methods are becoming critically important and impending. As a result, a new evaluation method-balanced scorecard (BSC) is introduced, together with the key performance indicator and the principle of BSC, a framework of BSC method for ERP evaluation is established in this paper. At last, the future work of BSC for ERP performance evaluation is pointed out in this paper.
