摘要：
The article grounds the necessity of the Balanced Scorecard implementation as a concept of enterprise efficiency management and studies the issues of interaction between enterprise strategy and Balanced Scorecard. Theoretical approaches to formation of the key indicators system according to perspectives of Balanced Scorecard are systematized; and an authors' approach to their development and implementation at national enterprises is offered.
