摘要：
With the gradual perfection of market economy, and the establishment of the system of civil service examination and judicial examination, the threshold of entering the minor system is more and more high, law graduates employment situation is increasingly grim. Higher law education should comply with the legal science specialized characteristic and the social development needs, based on training both can "job search" and have the consciousness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability of applied legal talents, establishing entrepreneurship education system, and construct platform for business practice.
