摘要
In this paper, by revealing the cognitive process of foreign language learning and teaching, it explores the foreign language teaching theory and the meeting point of the IT, and try to discuss IT support foreign language teaching. Foreign Language Teaching explores the cognitive processes of cognitive psychology, and reveals the close relationship between the foreign language teaching theory of cognitive psychology and modern information technology support. Cognitive psychology also contributed to the awareness of foreign language teaching pedagogy, social constructivism foreign language teaching methods and the combination of foreign language teaching in China.
